Water Powered Car designed by a Filipino in 1968 - Daniel Dingle

Hi All --

Anyone who maybe interested in Water Powered Cars might want to check out
the link below. The only reason why I know about this Daniel Dingle guy in the Philippines
is I have a friend here that was living in the Philippines for 10 years with his wife back in
early 1970's. He claims to have seen the car and took a ride in it. This guy currently works
for the Naval Research Lab in Washington, D.C..
