Precautions when using West Mountain Radio CBA IV?

I just received my CBA IV. Do I need to do anything special when using it to monitor charge from an SSG Radiant, Cap Dump etc. I figured the high voltage spikes might kill it?

The battery receives the spike - CBAIV will be fine.

You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.
