Ok So how do I get started?

New member just signed up. I'm from CT and I'm looking to start this process for the Bedini wheel. I want to know how to build one and exactly what parts to get where. If I have an instruction manual I probably can do it (probably with help), if I can make sure to locate the proper parts. I will probably need help in person because I don't understand this stuff, but I do understand its real. It will be for private use. Looking to build 1 for starters. Please help me out if you can.
