You cannot hook a meter to the output to see what you get out of it.
You have to send the output to a battery so the battery chemistry will convert the radiant energy into a potential difference where you can get more work out of it than you can calculate directly with meters. The battery is necessary to see the extra energy. You have to do load tests on that recovery battery to see how many watt seconds of real work you actually get out of it until it gets down to where it was before you started charging it. That is how you see what you really got out of the system.
Also, you can measure the mechanical energy of the wheel.

Aaron, as it is known upto date, which is the maximun mechanical energy I can get from a system like this?. And the watts of real work?. How many car batteries can add to this bedini sg with 8 wires?
Have any of you tested the device?
I mean the one with 8 wires I said before.
thanks a lotLast edited by dejorgees; 01-19-2013, 08:09 AM.

The SG kit or the build recommended in the book will give you close to 30% in mechanical work. The watts depend on the input. I would use one battery on the back for starters - and I'd make it a garden battery.Originally posted by dejorgees View PostAaron, as it is known upto date, which is the maximun mechanical energy I can get from a system like this?. I've been observing the tests at John Bedini's shop for this particular kit.

So if I understand you, you put only a battery to run the system.........how many batteries, of the same kind, should I place to be charged?. Why shouldnt I put car batteries? Could this broke the system if I do?. should I make changes in the system to place car batteries? Sorry for my questions but I need to be sure before I spend my money in a educational device, I need something more effective than this.
Many thanks Aaron for your patience

Hi dejorgees,
The 7 wire single coil Bedin SG device has primary battery and a secondary. The single coil unit would probably not charge 2 car batteries very well. I have used my 7 wire SG to charge a car battery but it takes a while to do it.
To charge multiple car batteries at once you would need to build an SG with more than one coil. To be honest you will have to scale up. Maybe build a small device with one transistor and learn the basic theory of operation, then build the 7 wire device. I have seen a 6 coil in operation and a 30 coil.
