The best design for wind turbine electric power -- is called the US Patented Tornado Turbine. Invented by Japanese man at company in Texas, many years back. Looks like a farm silos with automatic adjustable vanes at top for incoming air, to 360 degrees with large internal spiral turbine going downward to the generator which is mounted above the walk in section. The deflectors blow out the air above head level. Air flow is speeded up going downward. There is wall poster of various designs that has this one also.
