While searching the INTERNET for info came across a person named Eric Dollard. He said he could replicate Tesla's WardenCliffe in 1990 but then his lab was seized/destroyed or whatever and this was not the first time Does anyone have more info on this and is he the genius that he appears to be???

Never heard of him until a few days ago. He lives in his car in Lone Pine, Calif and made some very interesting videos.

Hi AMPPMEUPP,
There is a video shot somewhere in the late 80's (88 i guess) belonging to the BORDERLAND SCIENCES of which Peter lindemann is a part of.
as far as my understanding and based on the video/ Peter's mention of Eric in his book 'Free-Energy Secrets of Cold -Electricity' goes, i co-relate his work with that of Donald Smith.
