Want to let ya know that to put closed caption for deaf. Not auto closed caption for you-tube because it is not accurate as hearing would hear it. But if it somehow is accurate so the whole thing is good. Can put a note to let deaf people know that it is good to watch. The accurate rate can be 99 percent to 100 percent. As long as time delay is not too much, misleading words or assume words if letter is remove from whole word, words that is too quick and too long. That would be less than 99 percent and down so it is not good. And deaf can see it is good and not be unsure it is good enough to watch the whole thing or watch again. It is best to put manually closed caption until auto closed caption for you-tube is good as hearing would hear it and good as manually closed caption. This is for people that create video and put video on you-tube and other video players, you-tube as most popular.
