    Hey,
    Where do you want the rotor to rotate?? best is have a square frame jig to make the windings and then slip it out once you tighten the truns with a multiple cable ties..this is how i do it.

        Hey,
        I feel the Magnets are suitable for Newman Motor rather than for the Window motor..
        The extended Null point(Bloch wall) of the Magnets make it more a 'SPIN MOTOR' than a 'ROTATION MOTOR' like wise the Switching is different in each case.
