I`d offer idea about static magnets and rotating spoils?!

Hello all inventors.
Today I heard about approved idea (and experiment).
- first device has rotated magnets around spoils
- second device has rotated spoils and stable magnets (they are static and do not rotated)

People said that second case is more profitable, approximately 2 times! And it seems that while magnets rotates THEY LOST THEIR PROPERTIES!
I write it because I cannot check this and maybe somebody can check it in their devices ?
