  • Charge 8*200ah AGM batteries

    dears

    this is my big plan for Bedini ssg that i will start to built so i need help .

    i have 8 Norhtstar batteries 200ah AGM and 1 solar panel 275w but actual max out is 170w in the best condition and daily charge near 100amp

    i need to add 1 extra 100ah battery only to be charged by solar and to be the Trigger battery and to charge the other 8 batteries from it.

    my daily use is 500w/h near 20 amps/h because i an using 24v system

    so what is the best plain can i make
    how many coils?
    how many wires in the coils?

    please note my magnets are N52
    14 PCS 5CM*2CM*1CM
    also i have other 20 round n52 3cm*0.4cm

    Hi,
    You can use the 'Branch Currents' to feed the 8 batteries to be charged from one source a battery of equal capacity. (200Ah)
    you may use a single coil with 40+1 strand (18 awg) approach for this. Going Multi-coils mode have their own idiosyncrasy in terms of tunning them to perfection, Hence suggest you to start with a single coil and multi-strand mode.
    Series connect all the 40-strands before feeding them to a paralled set of 40 transistor(you will need 40# MJL21194) at their Collector.
    there are other methods which need to be explored for the branch current.

      but do you think that 41(18 awg) is very very big coil
      every on of the 41 must be 130 feet ??
      or it can be less then that?

        Hi,
        Yes the 130 feet is a ball park length for a 23# gauge wire, with increasing wire Thickness (lower gauge number) the length must be increased. You may alternatively go for 80+1 strands using 23# gauge.

            Unfortunately I have never built that big SSG so far you can find a picture of it built by others here just look for 81 coiler Solid-State by Nityesh or by John Koorn here.

              for my first test
              i make my first coil with 3 wires 0.7 mm and 1 wire 0.5 mm every wire 60meters
              the 0.5mm wire 60meters have 6.5 ohms
              the 0.7mm wire 60meters have 5.5 ohms
              all the 4 wires weight 560 grams

              i have not put any thing inside the coil core because i will use n52 it is very strong not like the ferret magnet
              (is that ok??)

              i forget to count how many turns

              is that ok to start? or the ohms are high and i have to reduce them to 39.6 meters (130 feet) ?

                Hi,
                That's right reduced it to 40 meters(130feet) for that size of the wire. and yes that ferromagnetic core would do as long as it doesn't retain magnetism.
                for the size of spool generally referred to, your number of turns would be around 375 -450 numbers.

                      what is to tweak the SSG
                      do you have any topic for it?
                      do you mean convert ac to dc to charge the battery with ac and dc in the same time?

                        Look SSG/SG is all about charging one battery for one. 1:1 what is profound about the method is that there is capacity gain in the secondary battery that you charge plus the primary gets conditioned to accept 'Positive form of the Radiant Pulse' .
                        Ideally you get a COP=1.With the rotor mechanical Energy added you get another 23-24% to exceed an Overunity figure of COP>1.
                        Tweekng is all about optimizing the design parameters such as wire size, number of wires,number of turns, core type:air/iron/ferrite , and then when using multi-strand you need to match the transistors for their Beta/Hfe ect. diodes need to be matched bias resistors need to be matched . so there is a lot in the making to achieve a well tweeked SSG/SG.

                            Please do not go by this video, In a SSG you cannot back feed the primary from the SSG coil. this will drain the battery sooner than it would do others wise.
                            To back feed you can have Genny coil (Take 7-9 strands of same wire and connects them in series,and then connect the final leads to a FWBR, you will have to pulse this output into the primary output of phase with that to the SSG coil.)
