  1. Hi, You can post either way, no problem. I suspect that your flash runs on 3VDC but I could tell you for sure if there is a brand/model number on it. We can Google it to find out. Can you determine which is the positive contact in the battery compartment?

    Hey Black......I didn't know if you wanted a private pm or open forum so here I am. Do get back to you flash ac adapter add on.....I tried to do this last night to a flash I have that has 2 AA batteries with the long contacts as opposed to springs. I lost the battery compartment door but for easy of use wanted to switch it to run only off of the wall adapter. Since I don't know of the batteries are wired in series or parallel I didn't know how to wire the old contacts. I did find an adjustable adapter which I assumed would work selected on either 3 or 6 volts depending on the wiring. Can you assist or do you need pic?
